RichRender makes brick models of people's homes. To do that we need some information about you and your house. This page explains what we keep and why.
What we collect
Orders are placed through our Etsy shop, which shares your order details and messages with us under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we keep your message and any photos you attach.
How we use it
Only to design your house, reply to you, and deliver your booklet and film. We never sell your details or send marketing you didn't ask for. Your house photos are never published. We only show a finished model of your house on this site or social media if you tell us that's fine.
Your private delivery page
Your finished files sit on a private page with a long random link. Anyone you share that link with can watch and download them, so share it with care. Ask us and we'll switch it off.
Where it's kept
On our web host's servers and in our email. We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, support and our accounts.
Cookies
Pages that need it set one small session cookie for security. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
Your choices
