Terms

Orders are placed through our Etsy shop and are covered by Etsy's purchase and refund policies. These terms add a few points about your design and your delivery page.

What you get

A custom building booklet, parts list, BrickLink shopping chart and showcase film for the house you sent us, delivered digitally. Bricks are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Prices and changes

Prices are shown on Etsy. For Standard and Super Deluxe sizes we confirm a quote before starting. Reasonable tweaks are included; larger redesigns may be quoted separately.

Using your design

Your booklet and film are for your personal use — build it, gift it, share the film. Please don't resell the instructions. We may keep using the general building techniques we develop.

Photos you send

You confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you let us use them to design your house.

Trademarks

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse RichRender. Our designs use standard, commercially available bricks.
